HIS PROJECT EXPO

The HIS Project is a free one-day Men’s Health, Wellbeing & Lifestyle Expo designed to address physical health, mental health, respectful relationships, Indigenous health disparities, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and intergenerational connection across Brisbane’s eastern suburbs.

Every man in our community carries responsibilities — as fathers, sons, partners, leaders and friends. Yet too often, men delay health checks, suppress emotional distress, or lack safe spaces to discuss identity, relationships and wellbeing.

The HIS Project creates that space — welcoming, inclusive, practical and stigma-free. Men may arrive for the cars and coffee — and leave with life-saving information, meaningful connection, and a renewed sense of belonging.
