JP’s in the Community

The Qld Government JP’s in the Community operates from the Bulimba Community Centre each Wednesday from 10am to 12 noon. If there is no JP available, please try Armstrong Kutz at 2/63 Oxford Street from 0830 to 5.00pm Mon – Fri [Phone: 0407 237 813] or try the Bulimba Library on Saturdays from 11.00am to 1.00pm.

Queensland Justices of the Peace (JPs) and Commissioners for Declarations (Cdecs) volunteer to serve the public by signing documents that need a qualified witness. Their services range from witnessing and signing formal documents to hearing certain types of court matters. By performing these services, they allow lawyers and the courts to concentrate on complex legal matters.
